Is Graffiti free?

Yes. Every protection, moderation and community module is free. Premium adds a custom bot and lifts the ticket limits.

Does Graffiti need Administrator?

No, and it never asks for it. It asks only for the permissions its modules use; here's the list and why.

Graffiti didn't remove a scam link. Why?

Check that Link protection is on for that category, that Graffiti can see the channel and has Manage Messages there, and that the link is actually known: the database only holds links public feeds have reported. Brand-new scam domains can take a day to appear.

Can I see what Graffiti did and why?

Yes. Every action is posted to your mod log channel, and the dashboard's Activity log keeps the full history of moderation actions and of every settings change, with who made it.

Someone else set Graffiti up. Can I change the settings?

If you have Administrator or Manage Server in that server, yes: sign in and it's in your server list. Admins of the same server all see the same settings.

What data does Graffiti keep?

Settings, moderation records, message and voice-time counts, tickets, and fingerprints of flagged images. It does not store message content outside ticket transcripts. The Privacy Policy has the details.

How do I remove Graffiti?

Kick it from your server in Discord. Your settings stay in case you add it back.
