Premium
What Premium adds, how it attaches to a server rather than an account, and what happens when it lapses.
Premium belongs to a server
A Premium plan gives your account a number of Premium servers. Put one on any server you manage from the Premium page, and that server is Premium for every one of its admins — whatever their own accounts are. Move it to another server whenever you like.
The Premium page shows when a co-admin is already providing Premium for a server, so you don't spend yours twice.
What it adds
- A custom bot: Graffiti running as your own Discord application, under your bot's name, avatar and status. How to set it up.
- Tickets without limits: as many panels and ticket types as you need, and up to five opening messages per ticket (free servers: one panel, three types, one message).
When Premium lapses
Nothing is deleted. If a server stops being Premium:
- its custom bot pauses and Graffiti serves the server again, with the same settings. Put Premium back and the custom bot picks up where it left off;
- its tickets, panels and types all keep working. It just can't add more beyond the free limits.
If a plan shrinks to fewer Premium servers than you're using, the ones you set up first stay Premium and the rest are paused. Nothing comes back automatically when the plan grows again: you choose which servers get Premium.
Getting Premium
Premium plans are granted by Graffiti's team for now; there's no checkout. Ask in the support server.
